Small but perfectly formed

We’re a small team with a hard-working ‘can do’ attitude, whatever the task!  Being small and flexible means we integrate seamlessly with our clients’ team, and can make the most of budgets.

But hard-working doesn’t necessarily mean serious, we have a relaxed, open approach and always make our working relationships as friendly (and fun) as possible.

We’ve had the privilege of working with some fantastic clients including Amnesty International, The Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS) and the Veterinary Management Group (VMG), Scope, Mind, Cirencester Town Council and Chamber of Commerce, NHS, BBC and Citizens UK, some of which we are proud to say have stayed with us for many years.

With 50+ years combined event management experience, you’d expect us to know the business inside out, but we also have expertise in marketing communications, broadcast production and journalism.  This combined expertise enables us to offer more to our clients and explains why some have stayed with us for so long.

Meet the Keystone team

Charlotte Lodge, Director

Charlotte has over 15 years project and event management experience leading the SPVS-VMG Events,  Amnesty International Media Awards and Scope teams whilst at Keystone, and previously managing complex multi-national projects with big name clients, such as Vodafone and Nike.

When not running a highly successful Event Management company Charlotte can be found enjoying country life with her husband, two children and the odd cow that wonders into the garden unannounced.

Jenny Stuart, Content Director

Jenny worked as a print and radio journalist, BBC radio producer and then Marketing Manager, BBC Radio 4 before Keystone and has many years’ experience as a content provider. She brings this journalistic approach to creating content and event programming, along with her extensive contacts from her time at the BBC and from previous events. She is proudest of the events she has run for the mental health charity, Mind and Amnesty International.

When not formulating great content Jenny can be found ski-ing, hiking, paddle-boarding, sailing or gardening… basically anything energetic and outdoors!

Duschanka Sutherland, Event Manager

Duschanka is a very experienced events and project manager and has worked on a broad portfolio of event projects – conferences, partnership and launch events, large scale corporate hospitality, a wide spectrum of charitable events for the Prince’s Trust and award ceremonies for Amnesty International and Mind.

Out of work Duschanka is happiest outdoors, ideally running or riding bikes and loves walking with her reluctant children and not at all reluctant dog, Billy.

Camilla Beaumont, Event Manager

Camilla worked in TV Production Management for many years, co-ordinating and production managing TV shows ranging from Deal or No Deal to Brainteaser, a daily live quiz show on C5, and live events including Miss World in Sun City, SA, and Vangelis at the Acropolis.  After ten years working as a Finance Manager for a local Resourcing company, she decided to satisfy her love of organising and running events, and joined Charlotte and Duschanka at Keystone.

Away from work, Camilla plays tennis for a local club, and acts as taxi service for her two teenage children.
