2021 Tea Towel Order Form

END OF YEAR SALE: The tea towels are just £2 each, or just £5 for 3 (this can be a mix of KS1 and KS2).

Once you have ordered, payment should can be made via the following methods:

• Bank transfer to the school PTA account
  • Minchinhampton School PTA
  • 30-98-29
  • 00110565
• Cash (exact amount only) or cheque (made payable to Minchinhampton School PTA) to be dropped into the black postbox outside the school office. Please make sure you include your eldest child’s name so the money can be linked to your order.

Tea towels will be sent home via the child specified below.
