And the winner is….

We’ll work with you to ensure that your Awards Ceremony is as memorable as possible, and not just for the winners.  From handling the initial call for entries and the development of the awards website to taking online entries and managing the judging process, we will create an inspiring and unforgettable event for all your guests.

Here’s what we do

Host, presenters and judges –We’ll help you develop the judging panel, overseeing any entries, and ensure fairness in the judging process.  We understand the importance of key personnel both hosting the ceremony and presenting the Awards.  We’ll work alongside you to achieve an event running order with a clear structure, ensuring that pace and content feels natural and entertaining.

Script and showreel – Working with you to develop a script, we’ll find the perfect balance between honouring nominees and celebrating the winners. We’ll produce the showreel too, engaging with all nominees to ensure content is delivered on time.

Branding – An enticing programme provides all the guests with a memento of their day.  We’ll work alongside your team to develop an engaging and eye catching programme along with any required signage, menu cards, cue cards, flags, winners certificates and the creation of trophies – whatever your requirements.

Audio Visual services – Quality audio-visual equipment is integral to any successful awards ceremony.  We work with the very best AV teams to install and operate the equipment ensuring that they are able to deal with any unexpected issues and changes.  A full technical rehearsal will be conducted to minimise any nasty surprises!

Guest management – From creating and managing on-line booking forms, to on-site registering every guest on the day, we’ll ensure your guests are kept informed throughout every stage of the event.  It will be a day / night for them to remember!

Venue management – We understand the importance of location and will use our knowledge and experience to help you find the perfect venue.  We’ll liaise with the venue’s onsite team for all accommodation, catering, parking and accessibility requirements and be the main point of contact for any venue related issues in the lead up to the event, on the day, and after.
