Conference Management

From small seminars and workshops for less than 50, to multiple lecture streams and receptions for 500 plus, we love a good conference.

Here’s what we do:

• Delegate management – from sending out invitation to creating badges and delegate packs, we also manage on-site registering every delegate at the event.
• Speaker liaison – including collecting biographies and helping with presentation content and format.
• Audio Visual services– including designing and installing of stage sets.
• Digital – we design and manage conference websites with electronic booking forms, using the latest technology to create websites which are not only engaging both visually and content-wise, but are also extremely user friendly.
• Trade or stakeholder exhibition management – alongside our events, ranging in scope and complexity from simple poster displays to multi-booth shell scheme in large exhibition halls.

We also pride ourselves on our reputation for powerful content development – sourcing speakers, booking and briefing facilitators and designing workshops.

We work with our clients to ensure these events are as memorable as possible, not just the winners.  From handling the initial call for entries and the development of the awards website to taking online entries and managing the judging process.

For the ceremonies themselves, not only do we source and liaise with amazing venues, we manage  the host and presenters, write the script and oversee all production and attendee management on the day.
