The International Institute for Envrironment and Development (IIED) is one of the world’s leading independent policy and action research organisations. With a mission to build a fairer, more sustainable world, they asked Keystone to provide the travel management for their LDC Initiative for Effective Adaptation and Resilience events in Uganda in 2022 and Senegal in 2023.
Working with IIED, Keystone researched and booked the most suitable flights for all attendees, provided medical advice, and organised visas as necessary. As well as ensuring that individual travel details were provided to all involved in advance, we were on hand during the travel dates to respond to any queries or emergencies as they happened.
