The International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) is one of the world’s leading independent policy and action research organisations. With a mission to build a fairer, more sustainable world, they asked Keystone to provide the travel management for their LDC Initiative for Effective Adaptation and Resilience events in Uganda, Senegal and Malawi.
Working with IIED, Keystone researched and booked the most suitable flights for all attendees, provided medical advice, and organised visas as necessary. As well as ensuring that individual travel details were provided to all involved in advance, we liaised with the team on the ground to facilitate accommodation and transfers, and were on hand during the travel dates to respond to any queries or emergencies as they happened.
